Annie Julia Wyman

Annie Julia Wyman writes TV and movies. She also teaches in the Literature Department at Claremont McKenna and in the Language and Thinking Program at Bard College. She is also an arts and culture writer, essayist, sometimes a journalist, and a scholar. She has been published with newyorker.com, the Paris Review Daily, the Los Angeles Review of Books, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Threepenny Review, the Rumpus, and McSweeney’s, where she also worked as an editor. Her work has been anthologized in Read Harder (Believer Books) and City by City (n+1 / FSG); she was shortlisted for the 2017 White Review Prize.
