Elisa Gabbert

Elisa Gabbert is the author of five collections of poetry, essays, and criticism, most recently The Unreality of Memory and Other Essays (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2020). Her next book, Normal Distance, will be out from Soft Skull Press in 2022. Her work has appeared recently in Harper’s Magazine, The New York Times, A Public Space, and The Nation.
