Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones files a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging sexual assault, harassment, and grooming. The case implicates close associates and seeks $30 million in damages, shedding light on serious industry issues.
In a lawsuit filed in New York federal court, Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused by former employee and producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and grooming. Jones, who worked closely with Combs between 2022 and 2023 on the album “Love,” alleges he was not compensated for his work, was forced to interact with sex workers and witnessed drug-laced alcoholic beverages being served at Combs’ parties.
The lawsuit also implicates Combs’ chief of staff, Kristina Khorram; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge; former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam; and Combs’ son, Justin, detailing their alleged roles in the misconduct.

Jones’ complaint outlines disturbing allegations, including being subjected to unwelcome sexual advances and being forced to procure sex workers. Justin Combs is accused of soliciting underage girls and prostitutes, while Khorram allegedly facilitated the provision of prostitutes and illegal drugs. Grainge and Habtemariam are accused of being complicit in the drugging of party attendees. The lawsuit seeks $30 million in damages.
Sean Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, refuted the allegations, promising to provide overwhelming proof of their falsehood in court. Justin Combs’ representatives have also denied the claims, warning of legal repercussions for defamatory statements. The lawsuit has sparked a broader conversation about accountability and the alleged misuse of power within the entertainment industry.
This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges and allegations against Combs. In November 2023, he settled a lawsuit with his former girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, who accused him of rape and abuse. Other lawsuits followed, with Combs consistently denying all allegations. The recent claims raise serious concerns about Combs’ behavior and its impact on his legacy and business endeavors.
